These Terms of Use (including each individual term and, together with the Community Guidelines, collectively the “Terms” or “Agreement”) are entered into between YOSING COMPANY (“YOSING”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you — an individual user (“you”). These Terms govern your access to and use of YOSING’s website and mobile applications made available on the website or available for download (each an “App”, and collectively the “Apps”), as well as other websites and online platforms owned or controlled by YOSING (together with the Apps, the “Service”).
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and YOSING. When you choose one of the account creation methods (Facebook, phone number, email, or a similar method), or register for, access, or use an App or the Service, you confirm and agree to establish a binding contractual relationship with YOSING (including where you use the Service on behalf of an organization or business).
The Service can only be provided if YOSING processes information relating to you and other users. Processing the information you provide is essential for YOSING to perform this Agreement. YOSING’s Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, share, and store your personal information. If you do not agree to this Agreement or to the processing of personal information under the Privacy Policy, please do not create an account and do not access or use any part of the Service.
Please read these Terms carefully. The Terms govern your use of the Service in full and include important legal provisions that limit YOSING’s liability, including a mandatory arbitration clause for certain disputes (to the extent permitted by law). Installing an App or using any part of the Service means you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Service is designed for the general public. Persons under 13 years of age may not use the Service.
To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old, or older if required by the laws of your place of residence. If you do not meet this age requirement, you may not access or use the Service in any form.
When registering a YOSING account, you represent and warrant that:
YOSING may update or amend these Terms from time to time. The version of the Terms currently in effect is always posted on the YOSING website or in the App.
We will try to notify you of material changes through the App or the email associated with your account before the changes take effect. Amended Terms take effect from the time they are published.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
YOSING continuously improves and develops the Service. Accordingly, we reserve the right to change, add, suspend, discontinue, or remove any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree with any change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
YOSING values your privacy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use information. Your use of the Service means you consent to YOSING collecting, using, and sharing your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
To build a safe, healthy, and positive community, your use of the Service must comply with the Community Guidelines, which form an inseparable part of these Terms.
YOSING allows you to access the Service free of charge. However, to use the full set of advanced features and benefits, you may need to subscribe to paid plans.
You acknowledge and agree that, through your use of the Service (free or paid), YOSING may generate revenue, brand value, or other economic benefits. You have no rights in any such revenue, brand value, or benefits, and you have no right to receive any income or compensation arising from your User Content.
(Provisions on auto-renewal, recurring payments, cancellation, refunds, Coins, Virtual Items, User Content, copyright, arbitration, limitation of liability, governing law, Apple, etc. retain their legal substance; only the wording is refined for clarity and consistency.)
YOSING may enable you to purchase and use iCoin within the Service. iCoin is a digital credit unit recorded on your YOSING account and may be used only to access, purchase, or use features, content, Virtual Items, and digital services provided by YOSING.
iCoin is not legal tender, electronic money, a payment account, a financial instrument, an investment asset, or a store of value. Owning iCoin does not create any ownership interest in YOSING, the Service, or any of YOSING’s assets.
iCoin has use value only within the Service according to the functions and conditions set by YOSING from time to time.
You may purchase iCoin through payment methods supported by YOSING from time to time.
After a payment transaction is successfully confirmed, the corresponding iCoin amount will be credited to your YOSING account. Crediting is ordinarily performed automatically after the system receives successful payment confirmation from the payment service provider.
You are responsible for verifying the iCoin package, payment amount, and receiving account before confirming a transaction.
YOSING may change the iCoin quantity, pricing, promotions, payment methods, or applicability of each iCoin package from time to time.
iCoin is credited and used in connection with the YOSING account that completed or was credited for the transaction.
YOSING does not provide any function or method that allows users to transfer iCoin directly from one YOSING account to another YOSING account.
You may not buy, sell, assign, exchange, or engage in any transaction intended to transfer iCoin balances directly between accounts other than through functions officially provided by YOSING.
Using iCoin to purchase or gift Virtual Items through YOSING’s official features is not considered a direct transfer of iCoin between accounts.
iCoin has no direct cash or legal-tender conversion value.
YOSING does not provide any function or method that allows users to:
Purchasing or owning iCoin does not create any right to require YOSING to redeem iCoin for money or any asset of monetary value, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
YOSING may provide Virtual Items, virtual gifts, effects, benefits, or other digital content for users within the Service.
Depending on the feature, Virtual Items may be purchased with iCoin, gifted to other users, or processed under a separate mechanism published by YOSING in the App.
Some Virtual Items may be convertible back into iCoin at rates, conditions, and mechanisms set by YOSING from time to time. Converting Virtual Items into iCoin does not create any right to convert iCoin into cash or legal tender.
YOSING may change, add, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items or related mechanisms, to the extent permitted by law.
Because iCoin is a digital product delivered electronically, an iCoin purchase that has been successfully paid for and fully credited to your account is generally considered complete.
YOSING may consider refund requests in cases of verified payment errors or service delivery errors, including but not limited to:
For iCoin that has been successfully credited and used in whole or in part, the transaction is generally not eligible for a refund, except where applicable law or mandatory rules of the payment service provider require otherwise.
All refund requests will be reviewed by YOSING based on transaction information, iCoin credit and usage history, payment evidence, and related data.
If a refund request is approved, YOSING may adjust or reclaim the iCoin corresponding to the refunded transaction. Any refund, if granted, will be made in a manner consistent with the original transaction and the rules of the relevant payment service provider.
iCoin purchases may be processed by third parties such as app stores, payment gateways, or payment service providers.
In addition to these Terms, your transaction may also be subject to the terms, refund policies, and dispute-resolution processes of the corresponding payment provider.
Where a transaction is made through a payment provider that must handle refunds directly, you may be required to submit your refund request through that provider’s system.
You may not use iCoin, Virtual Items, or YOSING’s payment features for fraud, money laundering, unauthorized value transfers, exploitation of system errors, or any activity that violates law or these Terms.
If YOSING has reasonable grounds to believe a transaction shows signs of fraud, abuse, unauthorized refunds, unusual chargebacks, or exploitation of system errors, YOSING may take necessary measures, including holding, adjusting, or reclaiming related iCoin/Virtual Items; temporarily limiting certain features; or suspending the account during verification, to the extent permitted by law.
